Stoehr Construction is pleased to have provided the general contracting services for the new Duty Free Americas, which opened its latest location just inside the new Concourse D security checkpoint at Baltimore Washington International Airport. Duty Free Americas offers an extensive selection of tax and duty free fragrances and cosmetics, wine and spirits, tobacco and edibles, luxury leather goods, watches and jewelry, and travel-exclusive merchandise.

Stoehr Construction recently completed the full scale renovation of more than 40,000 square feet of corporate office space for Stanley Black and Decker in Towson, MD. The project was completed in four phases in an effort to minimally disrupt the ongoing operations. The renovation transformed the existing space into an open work environment. Intense project planning and collaboration between construction and operations, were key elements in making this a successful project.

Stoehr Construction is pleased to have provided the general contracting services for the new @EASE retail store located along the new D/E connector at BWI Airport in Baltimore, MD. This is the 6th retail location at BWI for Marshall Retail. The new concept provides apparel and accessories catering to the active male and female travelers. Marshall Retail Group is America's largest independent, specialty retailer in the casino-resort and airport marketplace.

Stoehr Construction will begin full scale interior renovations to the Staples retail store located on Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase, MD beginning in mid May of 2016. The work will be completed primarily in off hours to allow for the store to remain fully operational during the renovations. Phase 1 will be complete in early July, and Phase 2 will begin after the back to school season sometime in September.
